Liam Neeson fans baffled as reporter quizzes him on 'cringe' topic during interview
Liam Neeson is no stranger to press tours. He has been acting for more than 50 years and the current press tour he is on for The Naked Gun - featuring Pamela Anderson - is just one of many he has tackled throughout his career. And while the actor, 73, may be familiar with the interview style of a press tour, it's clear that he is not familiar with Labubus. What do the two have to do with each other? Well, a Metro reporter recently decided to ask the acclaimed star about the furry trend in the middle of an interview about his upcoming film. During a segment of INTERROBAIT, reporter Zac Haniff turned around his notepad and showed Liam a picture of a Labubu, asking him if he knew what it was. 'Haven't a clue,' he responded. 'No. Seriously, I don't know.' 'It's a fluffy doll? Or can you eat it?' he asked. Zac then went on to explain the fervor surrounding the toy and how people have even fought over them - eventually admitting that he himself owns a pink one. 'Doesn't surprise me,' Liam said. 'I've never heard of them. No!' Liam was then shown a picture of a Lafufu and the star guessed that it was 'an early drawing of E.T.' When Zac explained that it was a Labubu without the hair, Liam awkwardly responded, 'And without the genitals.' The reporter laughed it off but Liam's fans online were less entertained. 'Why do actors have to deal with this nonsense? Are there real reporters or interviewers anymore?' one user asked on X (formerly Twitter). 'Press tour interviews where they try to manufacture viral moments or the interview is a cringe try hard who clearly wants to be friends with the actors need to stop,' another added. 'Back in my day, they'd ask the actors questions about the movie on the press tour,' another shared. Fans slammed the reporter for the question, blaming it on 'the influencer era' and reporters vying for a viral moment Some fans blamed the rise of influencers and viral moments for the uncomfortable exchange. 'The influencer era and its consequences has been devastating for society. Sports. Movies. You can't escape their wrath and poison,' one fervently said. But some users pushed back, saying that this interview style is not new or shocking. 'Celebrities have been asked about dumb s**t for as long as celebrities have existed,' a fan said. 'Agree, but I also think this is really funny,' another fan said in regard to the backlash. 'Harmlessly reacting to a trend, rather than actually derailing things.' Most of Liam's interviews have revolved around his new romance with Pamela, and so at the very least the Labubu question is a change of pace.

"Everything was really thought out, and that's the way we always are," Erivo says of how she and stylist Jason Bolden plan her looksNEED TO KNOW Cynthia Erivo expects she'll be "having a good time" with her Wicked: For Good press tour looks The actress spoke with PEOPLE about the great work her style team does, especially most recently at the 2025 Tony Awards "Everything was really thought out, and that's the way we always are," Erivo says of working with her stylist, Jason BoldenCynthia Erivo is looking ahead to Wicked: For Good — and to her press tour style. After Erivo channeled her character Elphaba throughout the Wicked press tour in 2024, fans and fashion aficionados have been eagerly anticipating her looks for herWicked: For Good appearances. Speaking with PEOPLE for her partnership with Listerine, Erivo praised her style team's dedication to each elaborate ensemble and hinted at what to expect in the upcoming press run. Erivo tells PEOPLE her style team, spearheaded by stylist Jason Bolden, is very dear to her, and she's constantly impressed by the looks they create. "I mean, they're my family currently," she says, joking, "They had to see me coming because we are busy all the time. We keep each other busy. And these last few months have been really wonderful." A major undertaking for her style team, she says, was the Tony Awards on June 8. Erivo hosted the event and sported a total of 10 outfits throughout the night, each paying homage to a nominated play. Erivo's red and white glittery gown by Zac Posen was a tribute to Annie, while her black Richard Quinn ensemble — featuring long black gloves and a diamond necklace — was in line with the Hamilton reunion, in which all the actors wore black. Her final look, a bold purple dress by Paul Tazewell, paid homage to The Color Purple and Death Becomes Her. The actress tells PEOPLE each look was "very detailed" and "very intentional" — and fans should expect no less from her upcoming Wicked: For Good outfits. Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. "Everything was really thought out, and that's the way we always are," Erivo says of her style team. "We're very picky, selective about what we put on and what we're wearing, and the story we're telling." She adds, "And more than anything we try and have a really good time doing it. If it doesn't feel good to wear, we're not wearing it. And if I love it and it feels good, then I'll be wearing it. And it can be as avant-garde or as classic as it wants to be, as long as we know what story we're telling, and it feels good to tell that story, then I'll be in it. We have a good time. And hopefully, we'll be having a good time this time round as well." Read the original article on People

Pedro Pascal scolded by Fantastic Four co-star Vanessa Kirby over his 'snappy' behavior
The press tour for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, featuring Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, has been full of laughter and playfulness. And based on the many interviews and promotional videos, it's obvious that the stars are good friends both on and off the screen. But that doesn't mean that they haven't had some tense moments. As Vanessa and Pedro recently revealed during an appearance on The Spill podcast, filming for hours on end can really exacerbate those moments - especially for Pedro. During the interview, a reporter asked the two - who were sitting closely together - what they might have learned about each other during long days of filming. Vanessa immediately started giggling in response, to which Pedro jokingly said, 'You, hush.' The reporter then egged Vanessa on, saying, 'Oh, I feel like you need to say something.' Before Vanessa could explain what she was laughing about, Pedro interjected and said, 'Look, I'm a grump. I'm a grump. It doesn't make me a bad person.' Vanessa agreed that Pedro wasn't a bad person, pointing at his smile and the fact that he's always wearing it as proof. However, she then explained that at about 6pm, if the actors ever went into overtime, Pedro tended to get 'a little bit snappy and a bit cranky.' Pedro decided in that moment to be honest. He explained that his costars (including a pregnant Vanessa) were complaining about being tired from filming so much - the cast and crew were shooting 18-hour days which included promo. This pushed him into protective mode, spurring him to decide to go in the next day trying to get things done as fast as possible. But as soon as they arrived to start filming, these same costars would be offering ideas for different ways to shoot the scenes, extending their time themselves. 'And then the two of them are like "Well why don't we try it like this?", "Oh why don't we try it like that?", "Can we have another go?", "Let's talk about this a little bit longer," he mocked. This, in turn, frustrated Pedro turning him into what he and Vanessa called 'a snappy turtle.' He even admitted that she had scolded him because of his attitude, telling him, 'Don't get snappy with me!' - finger wave included. Vanessa laughingly admitted to this before the co-stars hugged in yet another demonstration that Pedro's outburst didn't affect their close knit bond. Joking around with his costars on set seems to be a common theme for Pedro, who had many viral moments promoting his movie The Materialists with Dakota Johnson and Chris Evans which came out earlier this year. So despite his 'snappy' attitude, it seems as though his costars enjoy his company.

'The World Needs More Colins': People Are Obsessed With Colin Jost's A+ Response To A Question About His Wife, Scarlett Johansson, 'Constantly Kissing' Jonathan Bailey
If you've been keeping up with the Jurassic World Rebirth press tour, you've probably noticed leading stars Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey kissing on the red carpet. Related: More than once. Last month, Jonathan — who is openly gay — was asked about his and Scarlett's kisses. He said, 'I believe in being able to show love in all different ways. And if you can't kiss your too short not to.' And now, Scarlett's husband, Colin Jost, is addressing the kissing, too. Related: Speaking with Entertainment Tonight at a recent event, Colin quipped that the Jurassic World Rebirth press tour has been 'fun,' though somewhat unexpected. He said, '[There's been a] lot of Jurassic press things that you're like, you didn't expect this to be a story. But there's a lot of stories coming out of it.' The reporter then asked, 'Like Jonathan Bailey? Your wife constantly kissing Jonathan Bailey?' — and Colin had the most hilarious response. 'I guess in Jurassic Park terms, the attack always comes from the raptor you never thought. Of all the threats out there, I wasn't thinking it was Jonathan,' he said with a laugh. Related: The Saturday Night Live comic went on to note, 'People really blow it out of proportion, when someone kisses their friend hello.' 'Jonathan's an out gay man. It didn't seem like the biggest threat,' he added before joking that he and Jonathan now need to kiss in order to 'close the loop.' Several fans — myself included — felt Colin's response was pretty damn perfect. 'That's a confident partner right there!' read one popular TikTok comment with over 17,000 likes. 'the world needs more colins,' someone else wrote. Related: 'Colin is super chill, as I expected him to be, and it's sadly refreshing to see a man not give off toxic vibes by being jealous or angry that their partner did this,' one user said on Reddit, while another person added, 'They are such a solid couple…They both seem to have a great sense of humor and be madly in love with each other.' I love it. You can watch Colin's response for yourself right here.
